  • Music and Audio Production:

Production is a nebulous concept that encapsulates all aspects of the creative process, with an emphasis on collaboration as a means to achieve a greater overall product. Producers help guide artists through each step of the process of creating a work of art, from establishing an ultimate vision for their piece to its publication, all the while maintaining focus and balance. In short: the process of creating a work of art can drive a person mad; why not get someone to help you stay sane while you do it?

Production services include consultation, advice, guidance, and plans for execution, among many other things.

Please call, text, or email to discuss your production needs.

Special Considerations

  • The studio has several instruments that are available to customers for use. These include a steel-stringed acoustic guitar, a nylon-stringed acoustic guitar, a Fender Jaguar electric bass guitar with a Behringer bass amplifier, a Fender Stratocaster electric guitar with a Peavey Classic 30 tube amplifier, a Yamaha keyboard with over 100 preset sounds and MIDI capabilities, a MIDI controller that is shaped like a guitar with buttons on the fret board, and an Alesis electric drum kit. Customers are also encouraged to bring their preferred instruments when recording.
  • We share space with several other local businesses and/or offices. As such, at this time we are currently unable to record live drums or any other instrument that is deemed *too loud* for the space. However, we are fortunate to have established partnerships with some other local recording spaces for these purposes. The cost and availability for using these studios will be set by their operators. There are also other options available if needed. It is our aim at all times to keep costs low for our clients, but these factors and costs will need to be considered.
  • It is not recommended to have your song mastered by the same person who mixed it. Different listening spaces have different strengths and shortcomings as well as different engineers with different sets of ears. One of the purposes of mastering is to mitigate any problems that have presented themselves during the recording and mixing processes. All of which is to say, Reese will recommend that all songs that are recorded and/or mixed at Parabrella Productions be mastered elsewhere. We have partnered with other local studios for these purposes. The cost and availability for using these studios will be set by their operators. As stated before, it is our aim at all times to keep costs low for our clients, but these factors and costs will need to be considered.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time. We are devoted to offering an affordable option for creating music in Missoula, and we are not interested in wasting your money for any reason, but, at the end of the day, we do have operating costs and mouths to feed on top of that. With this in mind, please consider all prices firm and non-negotiable.
